| My name is Sherry and I have been in the osc/daycare field for 19 years. I stopped to be a stay at home mom to my 3 amazing children. One is in school every day. The second is going 2/3 full days per week and the third will be going into preschool. I have only 1 full time almost 3 year old I have the pleasure of looking after. Qualifications: Level 3 ECD, Childcare First Aid, Food and Safety Course, Criminal Record Check, & Child Welfare Check. My Philosophy on childcare:
I believe that every child has the right to the best childcare available. It is important to me that I give the same warmth, attention and guidance I gave my own children.
I will provide a secure, safe and creative environment for all children placed in my home.
Children are our greatest future resource and the way we show them we care about them is to love them unconditionally. I believe that is the most important thing both parents and day home providers can to.
What we do:
Every morning we start the day eating breakfast together, then it is time for play.
Everyday we have educational time learning colours, number and the alphabet. Coming from a Mexican heritage I also like to incorporate some Spanish in my educational time and the children learn to count in Spanish as well as English.
During the day we enjoy walks and outdoor play, weather permitting.

I ran a Dayhome for 10 years in Okotoks, AB. We relocated to Sherwood Park over the summer. Ana’s Dayhome will be located at our Lakeland Ridge home, only 3 minutes walking distance from Holy Spirit and Lakeland Ridge Schools.
I am a mother of 2 (6 year old boy and 10 year old girl). I offer quality loving care for your precious one. I am first aid/CPR Certified, have criminal record check, drivers abstract, provide monthly receipts and excellent references.
Our days are full with lots of activities and fun. Play time, crafts, story time & developmental activities.
We love the outdoors, we are out every day in our backyard, or visiting the different playgrounds Sherwood Park has to offer and the Library.
Fees include healthy breakfast, lunch and two snacks a day. I am open from 7am to 5:30pm.
Pet free and smoke free home. Willing to walk or drive your little one to preschool and kindergarten.
