| A learning through play, child interest based and directed Dayhome.
This year we covered topics like birds, butterflies, ocean, weather.
We made bird housed and feeders. We discovered using binoculars and other new materials. We observed and documented it through our art work. What we did know or understand, we looked up on the iPad. Making our learning experience interactive. We covered math, language, science and social skills as well as developed our emotional well being. We began to understand epathy for each other as well as the living environment around us. We had a lot of fun doing it too.
