| Rhythm and Rhymes is a new Day Home opening August 1/2014. It is designed to meet the special needs of infant, toddler, and preschool children in a safe and nurturing environment. I am a Early Childhood Educator, a former Head Start Preschool Teacher in the School District, and have 23 years experience. My practices are based on the fundamental need for relationship-based care, neurological research, and recognition of the living arts (developmentally appropriate activities that nurture the whole child), as central to the advancement of children's social, emotional, and intellectual skills. Childcare that is based on routine activities, and natural rhythms of healthy home life. My goal is to strengthen the bridge between your work and family life by creating a special place that supports them both!
