Hello. My name is Chrystal. Beginning in September 2017 I will be offering before and after school care from my home. I will be offering services for St. Joseph Catholic school in Grimsby. My house is located across from the bus stop and my kids attend there. I may be able to pickup and drop offs at other schools depending on arrival and dismissal times. Breakfast and after school snack will be provided. Drop off will begin at 7:30 am and pick up is by 5:30 pm. If you require times outside of this, please contact me to discuss. Your children will be treated like a member of our family. I have lots of activities to keep children entertained and lots of outdoor time provided. I promise to keep your child safe, healthy and happy. Our days are filled with fun and silliness. I will make learning and exploring fun. I can’t promise that your child’s clothes will stay clean, with crafts and outdoor play, your children will end up messy! I truly love children and I enjoy surrounding myself with such funny and interesting little people. I am confident that once you come to meet my family you will feel comfortable and happy with the childcare I will provide.
I know how hard it can be to leave your child with someone else. I have been there. I am a mom to two wonderful children. I have a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services as well as 20 years working with children. I have completed the Halton Child Care Association course PhaseI.
I am a big believer in positive reinforcement, respect, love and caring. Your child will be well cared for in a loving, healthy, fun environment.
Our day will include circle time, story time, activities that are engaging, age appropriate and educational. We love the outdoors and have plenty of time to learn and play on a daily basis! Our day is structured with a portion of the day dedicated to free play to encourage the kids to use their imaginations.
Weekly themes are exciting and educational!
We have a fully fenced large backyard and a park within a five minute walk, as well as the local splash pad for fun outdoor play when weather permits and a great chance to learn important social ski
